Shipping & Policies
We are an “in-stock” store. We work hard to keep our inventory levels accurate for your shopping convenience. If the shopping cart allows you to choose the item, then you can be assured we have it in our stock. At times, you may find that our inventory system has not caught up to our orders, as it updates on a daily basis. We will contact you immediately if we do not have your item with options of how to proceed.
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. You can expect your order within 7 business days for Canadian orders. US orders may be delayed by customs. If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
In our cart, you will need to input your postal code or zip code- prior to checkout you will be able to choose the appropriate shipping method.
If you are choosing Local Toronto Pickup, we can often arrange a pick-up the same day!

Orders shipped to U.S. addresses will be shipped by Canada Post, by either Small Packet-US Airmail or Expedited Parcel. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipment method. Please be aware that Small Packet-US Airmail does not have tracking, whereas Expedited Parcel does.
At this time we do not ship internationally, although we may do so on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to determine shipping costs.
Some items are exempt from flat rate and free shipping due to weight and size. These items will be noted as such and will ship according to actual Canada Post cost. For some heavier items, a surcharge will be applied to the shipping cost regardless of free shipping status.
For the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico) as well as Remote Canadian addresses, actual shipping cost will be calculated after your order is submitted and an invoice for shipping charges will be emailed to you.
The Fine Print:
- All our Packages are sent via Canada Post/USPS or FEDEX. Canadian packages will include up to a maximum of $100.00 of insurance & a tracking number. Unfortunately, if your package is lost or damaged, this means we can only cover $100.00 worth of damages. For orders more than $100.00, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance in case your package is lost, damaged or stolen.
- An email confirmation will be sent when your package has been dropped in the mail. Orders will ship within 48 hours
- changeMatt does not assume liability or responsibility after packages have been dropped off at the Post Office and we give you your tracking number (if applicable).
- International customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.
- changeMatt reserves the right to change the Free Shipping policies at any time.
We are an eco-friendly company :
- You will not receive a printed copy of your invoice unless requested
- We reuse packaging as much as possible, and avoid excessive packaging.
- We use recycled paper to print all our promotional material.
- We do not provide bags for local pick-up.
If you item is a gift, please contact us & we would be pleased to offer complimentary gift-wrapping.
We recommend you only wash and try on ONE diaper/cover and/or clothing item before washing all your items as there are NO returns, exchanges or credit given on used or washed cloth diapers or clothing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us as follows:
Product defects are typically handled by the manufacturer. Please send us an email, if you have difficulties getting in touch with the manufacturer, and we will do our best to support you.
- You must contact us prior to returning your item.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If you received FREE SHIPPING, the actual cost of shipping for changeMatt will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Any fully returned orders will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund or store credit, minus any shipping costs that may have been paid.
- You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit
- All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and free of odors.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Our website may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice, including changes to your current or standing order.
